In 2017, in the sun-drenched heart of Central Vietnam, Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse took its very first steps. From those humble beginnings, we made a promise: to bring diners the finest cuts of beef, grilled by hand over a wood fire—where flavor is not only about cuisine but also about devotion and heartfelt hospitality.
Over eight years, countless meals have turned into cherished memories, each glass of wine has connected hearts, and day after day, from noon until late into the night, the fire on our grill has kept alive a belief: that Vietnamese can create world-class culinary standards right here in their homeland.
That unwavering dedication has been rewarded with the love of our guests and recognized with the honor of being listed in the Michelin Selected 2024 & 2025—a pride not only for Olivia’s Prime but also a testament to the persistence of our journey.

Located at 125 Hai Bà Trưng, District 1, Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse Saigon sits in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City — just steps from Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, Saigon Central Post Office, and the Saigon Opera House, and directly opposite JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon.
At Olivia’s Prime, guests can enjoy premium Japanese Wagyu, Black Angus, and USDA Prime steaks, expertly wood-fired grilled to highlight their rich natural flavors. Each dish is complemented by carefully curated wine pairings, creating a refined fine-dining steakhouse experience in central Saigon.

We have expertly wood-fire grill USDA Prime, Australian Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and Black Angus steaks, as well as curated seafood, signature appetizers, and desserts made with grandma's recipes. With a wide selection of wines by the glass and perfect steak pairings, every visit offers a refined wine experience in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
For our guests wishing to enjoy that special bottle from their own cellar, you are welcome to do so. There is a corkage charge of 400.000 VND for wine, 500.000 VND for champagne and spirits. For larger groups with multiple bottles, please inquire within the restaurant. Captain service and crystal stemware will be provided.
