SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Reservations & Seating
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. Table allocation is subject to restaurant capacity and operational arrangements. Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be held unless otherwise informed.
2. Deposit Policy
For selected reservations, private dining, or special events, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of reservation.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show.
4. Dining Time Policy
During peak hours, dining time may be limited to ensure the best experience for all guests.
5. Corkage Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine. Corkage fee applies:
- Wine: 400,000 VND/bottle

Champagne & spirits: 500,000 VND/bottle
Crystal glassware and service are included.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. We accept cash and major credit cards.
7. Special Requests & Dietary Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests. Please inform us in advance for the best experience.
8. Private Dining & Events
Private dining rooms and event services are available upon request. Customized menus and arrangements can be tailored to suit your occasion.
9. Liability
Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
10. Policy Changes
Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Dress Code (Recommended)
Smart casual or elegant attire is recommended to match the refined dining atmosphere.
11. Online Reservations & Orders
All online reservations, purchases, or event registrations made via our website or third-party platforms are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once guests receive an official confirmation from Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse.
12. Online Payment
Payments made online must be completed through our authorized payment gateways. Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse does not store or retain customers’ payment information. All transactions are securely processed by certified providers.
13. Modification of Online Bookings
Requests to modify online reservations or orders must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse reserves the right to decline changes depending on operational conditions.
14. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Online)
- Cancellations must follow the standard policy (minimum 24 hours in advance).
- Refunds for online payments, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Processing fees (if any) may not be refundable.
15. Event & Prepaid Experience Policy
For prepaid experiences such as wine dinners, special menus, or promotional events, tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Transfers may be permitted upon request and subject to approval.
16. Pricing Accuracy
While we strive to ensure accuracy, Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse reserves the right to correct any pricing or description errors displayed online. In such cases, guests will be notified before order confirmation.
17. Delivery & Takeaway Orders
For takeaway or delivery services:
- Orders are subject to availability and operational capacity.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak hours.
- In certain circumstances, delivery services may be temporarily unavailable.
